This is a little quilt that I made for a friend to welcome their new baby boy. What little boy doesn't like catching bugs and putting them in a Mason Jar?

- I've been quilting for several years but am not an "art" quilter by any means! I'm a native Texan but we have lived all over the country while my husband was in the Army and then in the oil and gas business. I was an Army nurse for a while and a hospice nurse for six years. We have retired in Midland, much to our surprise. You could say that it's not the garden spot of Texas but the people here are wonderful.
